Experienced Service Supervisor for Danhydra – Noblejas, Spain  

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving excellence in service operations? Join Danhydra, a trusted name in the wind industry, as we establish our new service site in Spain. Take on the challenge of building and managing an effective service site while implementing our Global Service Concept. 

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Service Supervisor to lead our service organization. Reporting to the SVP Service, you will be instrumental in driving our global service strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead a high-performing service site from the ground up. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performance service team, attracting and developing top talent.
  • Ensure efficient service operations, including layout, planning, methods, and processes aligned with our Global Service Concept.
  • Identify and develop close relationship with local suppliers of services and parts
  • Drive the execution of our global service strategy and plans to achieve service excellence.
  • Collaborate with global teams and various departments to ensure alignment and success.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) for the service site and deliver on financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.



Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong commercial focus

  • Relevant engineering or commercial education with 3–5 years of experience in the technical or machinery industry.
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally with full P&L responsibility in a service business.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • A team-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
