The Danhydra GreaseManager is a durable, high-performing, portable filling unit optimized to stand up to the test of daily life in a wind turbine. A perfect solution for contamination free grease filling in direct WTG bearing and central lubrication system applications. The GreaseManager’s automated filling mode and the start/stop remote provides technicians with the freedom to complete other tasks while the grease pump is running. Simply load the grease cartridges, then specify the amount of grease and press start. It is light weight, easy to handle, and performs to the highest level.

Field of application

The GreaseManager is designed in two variants with both automatic and manual modes for multiple applications.

High Pressure

The High Pressure GreaseManager is used for direct lubrication applications. It is designed to continue pumping grease reliable as the back pressure increases during the direct bearing application.
The performance of the High Pressure variant is designed to provide lage amounts of grease even at 250 bar.

High Flow

The High Flow GreaseManager is designed to refill the toughest grease to your central lubrication system quickly, reducing the time required to complete the grease application.
The performance of the High Flow variant is uptimized to apply up to 2200g. per minute.

Automatic Mode

The automatic mode is reliable and adjustable. In this mode, the GreaseManager may be set to fill a specific amount of grease and shut off once that amount is reached. This frees up valuable time for the technicians to perform other important tasks while the pump is running. The remote will also work in this mode and provide the technician with the option to fill the same amount of grease in multiple applications without having to reset the GreaseManager.

Manual Mode

In manual mode the GreaseManager will pump grease until the cartridge is empty or until the technician presses the stop button. The remote provides the same start/stop option without having to be near the GreaseManager control panel.
