Tool containers are regular parts of a wind farm installation equipment. Our tool containers range from 10’ – 40’ and can support a workshop and storage facilities for both large and small components depending on the model.

All containers are equipped with a full power installation consisting of residual current device, multiple power outlets from 110V-400V, full room temperature controls, ventilation and full-length LED lighting. The containers are fully insulated. The walls and ceiling are plywood.

The solution is built on many years of feedback from field installations, working closely with wind turbine manufacturers and service providers. It is designed to ease on-site minor assembly and repair tasks in a controlled environment. Further component handling is thought into the design and the 40’ container holds a large storage area in addition to the workshop and provides an “all in one solution” for your tool and equipment maintenance.

All container sizes can be built upon request, and adapted to any requirements like load ramps, pull-out racks, cooling etc

Example – Heavy Duty Ramp

A robust design and is built of aluminum, to keep it light weight and easy to take up and down. The ramp does not take up space inside the container and is locked in vertical position by use of a shoot bolt. The ramp can be delivered as a part of a full container delivery or be installed on-site if the need arises our customers containers at our workshops.

We offer a standard aluminum ramp for 10’, 20’ and 40’ containers, but can design and build upon request if special sized or features are required.
