We are now actively looking for a Chief Service Officer to work from our office in Herning, Denmark
Danhydra’s Tool Service business is projected to continue its strong growth over the coming years. We are now looking for an experienced service business professional to further accelerate the development of the Tool Service business and ensure the full potential of this business is captured by further developing, professionalizing, and expanding its Tool Service business.
As Chief Service Officer, you will report to the CEO and be part of a strong and experienced global management team. You will be P/L responsible for the global tool service business and its full value chain and interface broadly with the rest of the organization.
The position is located in Herning, Denmark and with a global responsibility and a global team you should expect approx. 60-80 travelling days per year.
This position will give the right candidate the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, empowerment to shape a global service business and make a significant contribution to the further development of a strong company in the fast-developing wind industry.
Profound experience building and leading an international high-performance service business
We expect you to have a relevant educational background at master level within Business Administration or Engineering. Through your experience you have an excellent understanding of service value chains in a global and technical b-t-b context and how this is commercialized and sold into large OEMs. You have the ability to create, develop and lead service operations across multiple locations where your strong leadership skills can be applied in an international and multi-cultural context.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong commercial interest and high ambitions in everything you do. You are energetic and committed to succeed which drives and motivates people around you. You are characterized by being professional, curious, visionary and a strong communicator with profound interpersonal skills. You speak and write English fluently.
